5 out of 5 starsThese mugs are good quality and they did meet my expectations. On the first set that I received, one of the names was spelled wrong. I sent an email to the seller with a picture to show the misspelled name and they took care of it immediately. They sent out corrected mugs that same day. I would definitely order from them again.

USPS broke my mug during shipping!
Due to the fragile nature of our items, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery to submit a damage claim. *NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not throw any of the packaging or items away until the claim has been paid or your order will be ineligible for Weefers to submit the insurance claim. USPS has changed their policy and are no longer reimbursing for damaged items without physical proof. They are now wanting the buyer to bring the broken item into the post office for inspection. If you are making a damage claim after 2 days or more of delivery, the good news is that all our shipments are shipped with insurance however you will need to submit the insurance claim directly through USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Returns and Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if we made an error on your order, please send us a message within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Received the wrong item or error on your order?
Not a problem, we will fix it right away! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending us a photo of the "wrong" item pictured with the actual shipping label/packaging so we can match up the item with the shipping address and easily verify that the wrong item was sent to you.
What is Rush Processing (approx. delivery 3-4 bus. days)
Rush processing means your order skips to the front of our production line to be processed before hundreds of standard-processing orders that have been placed before yours and is shipped out the next business day (excludes weekends and holidays). This minimizes the time-to-delivery from your date of order and ensures our processing time is expedited. The shipping time will remain the same. Our shipping carriers do not offer specific delivery date guarantees and only provide us estimates therefore we are not able to guarantee their shipping times.
My package was delivered to my old address!
We ship to the address provided on the invoice. Shipping addresses are the sole responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for outdated or wrong addresses provided to us on the invoice. If the item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for submitting payment for the reshipping fees within 48 hours of being sent the payment link. If payment is not submitted in the allowed time, the package will be marked abandoned and will be destroyed. No refunds are issued for returned packages that have been abandoned.
Can I make changes to the text or design?
All our listings are for pre-designed images and texts. What you see in the listing picture is what you should expect to be purchasing. We do not send proofs on pre-designed listings. The listing picture proves as the proof of what to expect. Only the listings that require personalization are offered with any changes. If you would like to make a minimal change to text or the design, please send us a message prior to placing your order so we can see if it is doable or if there are additional design costs associated with the change request.
Can I receive free shipping and free text changes?
We only allow one discount per order. If you are adding items to your cart to receive the free shipping discount and also request text changes you will need to contact us prior to placing your order to discuss the changes for approval as well as get a custom link to place your order from. Change fees will apply.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping however our mugs are packaged nicely and many of our customers love our packaging so much that they gift them in the same packaging they are shipped in.
Can you include a gift note with my order?
Upon request, we are happy to include a small notecard with your shipment however we do request that they be no more than 1-2 lines as the notecard is very small and we handwrite each note.
